Kevin is the founder and managing shareholder of Tidal Law, PC. Kevin founded Tidal Law, PC after spending more than a decade working in some the biggest law firms in the country, including Sheppard Mullin and Foley & Lardner, LLP, where his practice focused exclusively on representing employers in California. Kevin founded Tidal Law, PC with one goal in mind: to provide employers with comprehensive, practical, and effective solutions to their Labor & Employment needs, from proactive compliance to daily counseling to litigation.
Kevin understands the challenges employers face everyday and prides himself on being a trusted advisor and advocate for businesses across a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, retail, hospitality, energy, finance, insurance, telecommunications, and healthcare.
Kevin attended Cornell Law School, where he graduated magna cum laude. Kevin regularly speaks and publishes on a wide range of Labor & Employment law topics, and is considered by his peers to be an expert in California Wage & Hour law, with a particular emphasis on class action and Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) litigation.
